- Alex takes on her @scarpaNA mentee Davis Ngo in a friendly competition, but then Kai Lightner and Allison Vest turn up, so the teams shift.
This episode is slightly different in that we want you to watch the different styles of the climbers who are morphologically very different from one another.

That’s dope Alex. When your 8/9 months you should hangboard with the extra weight and keep your fingers solid
Probably just use the extra baby weight! 😆 things are getting harder, but managed an 18 sec 1 arm hang yday
