Just gotta say, Hannah absolutely nailed that first starting beep she did. Like if I closed my eyes I wouldn't be sure it wasn't just a sound from an IFSC comp. She also seemed to turn the try hard on even more than normal in this format. That's something I really struggle with so it's great the "comp mindset" did it for her. Love to see it.
A collab of my two favorite climbing content creators plus Irena and her super hip flexibility!🤩 Love the encouragement you guys offer each other and the try-hard! Made my Wednesday night! Loads of love from Finland! 🥰
This is so fun!!! You all look really lovely to hang and climb with. Mad props to the comp graphic editing and the dramatic music REstarting for Hannah's last attempt at boulder #2!
This was so much fun! I watch the comps on Donkey Climb Media's channel all the time, I have my fav climbers like Janie, Brooke Jessi, Miho, Kyra, Hannah and Natalia and I'm blown away by all those amazing athletes and their positive outlook to completing with each other while supporting each other at the same time. Watching you three emulate that attitude like you do in every single vlog you post is one of the reasons I like the climbing both Anna and Hannah's and the Wideboys channels.
I climb at this gym too, I usually climb the V4-5 range here and I found these intermediate climbs hard and in need of projecting - needless to say I flashed all the beginner ones easily - there's definitely quite a difficulty spike 😂
1. Intermediate seemed pretty d*** hard (kudos to Hannah for all out effort!) 2. Dogs would be an awesome addition to any comp, so maybe we could petition the IFSC?
Hey, nice after effects graphics! Also a super fun video to watch. I couldn't see a beta for half of these climbs, it's great to see somebody figure one out!
Please teach me how you do these ifsc graphics! I just love them, I started climbing recently, and started watching your channel also, and damn these are just perfect!!
@annahazelnutt are your shamans off the shelf models? I thought I remembered a video where you talk about modifications you have evolv make for you but I couldn’t remember which video that was and if they were shamans or some other shoes.
@@AnnaHazelnutt you still see it in smaller comps, but I think the IFSC scrapped that rule in .... 2018 maybe? But it's like you said it made things really exciting. Climbers jumping on in the last second, resting for a bit, minutes even (which is probably part of the reason why they did away with it) and then being brilliant or failing miserably one final time. There was something about knowing that attempt was absolutely the final one.
Just wanted to let everyone know that mesa rim graded that red problem at 4:00 V2 because its the worlds most sand bagged gym. Most likely between V6-8 outdoors
I feel like maybe Irena was in a level higher than "begginer" or "recreational" and that the "intermediate" problems where kind of hard, but really fun to watch nontheless!
3:24 Why is there an incredibly outdated version of the union jack flashing up on the screen for a single frame? Hasn't been used for about 400 years 😂
On that black climb she got further than Irena, so I am not sure what data you are basing that on. The difference between beginner and intermediate was maybe a little too much though.
Ahhhhhh this was SO fun. Thanks for having me - I’m DIGGING the edit too. 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks Hannah!!! We loved having you here in SoCal, enjoy the rest of your US adventure 🥰
I enjoyed the support and wholesomeness as much as the climbing in this one, it was so fun to watch! It gave me the all the warm and fuzzies.
Hannah had such colossal efforts on the sandbagged intermediates
Also ENDO CAMEO
ENDO CAMEO!!! And yes they were sooo sandbagged for that category!
Yea man, those intermediate boulders looked super tough!
One day I hope to be as recreational as Irina
The IFSC-like overlays were so funny 😄
😂🙏🏽
“Woof!” 😂

She really got that beep down!! 😂😂 yeah I feel like we were all having so much fun trying hard, it was a great day

ikr i did not expect this collab
superb vid
I love so much the videos featuring Irena. She's so fun to watch. 😀🤗
Irena is so fun!
You’re too sweet. Stay tuned there might be some fun stuff happening soon on my channel 👀👀
This is so fun!!! You all look really lovely to hang and climb with. Mad props to the comp graphic editing and the dramatic music REstarting for Hannah's last attempt at boulder #2!
I was litterally trying the Advanced Red 1 Problem yesterday and couldn't even establish it. Anna made it look easy 🤯
🙈 eeeep thank you!!! I surprised myself with all the climbs haha

Thank you!! Climbing is so special, it's easy to be competitive and supportive at the same time.
The advanced red was soooo good. Anna's so strong
🙏🏽 thank you!
Loving how much fun you are having! Those intermediates were nasty so props to Hannah
The on-screen clock was more reliable than in actual IFSC comps 😂
I love this trio of climbing queens !!! 💪
Love the comp edits! The difficulty spike on the intermediate boulders seemed hectic but you all did great 🤠
Lol she’s only been climbing for a few years. Not quite intermediate.
I climb at this gym too, I usually climb the V4-5 range here and I found these intermediate climbs hard and in need of projecting - needless to say I flashed all the beginner ones easily - there's definitely quite a difficulty spike 😂
@@CJski By, "she" do you mean Hannah? Because she said in a recent video it's been 10 years of climbing for her.
@@Aaron-xq6hv lol that makes it worse
The jump was wild! I think they were tricky too. I thought the advanced climbs were definitely harder but the jump was less extreme for sure.
YESSS love this! 😂
"The good thing about 4 minutes is also that it's only 4 minutes" Amazing xD
OMG MY THREE FAV CLIMBERS IN ONE VIDEO!!
the IFSC style overlay is perfect wow
I studied up hahaha
Those "intermediate" routes were all slightly too hard but it is all right. Brits being punished is good television.
😂 I know the intermediates were definitely on the more advanced side!!! Hannah did great tho!
I WAS WAITING FOR THIS COLLAB FOR SO LONNNG ❤
1. Intermediate seemed pretty d*** hard (kudos to Hannah for all out effort!)
2. Dogs would be an awesome addition to any comp, so maybe we could petition the IFSC?
You are gold Anna! Love all this. And you Irena (crazy hips), and you Hannah! Keep that shit rocking! ❤
Love the edits hahaha
Also my jaw dropped along with hannah when irena stepped up on the volume
Omg the graphics! killllin it Anna
"I love the drama"... Insert dramatic tune! 😂 Loved that bit of the edit. That looked a good fun session!
I went rock climbing for the first time and I am so impressed that anyone can do this at the level you guys can
Had so much fun with ya’ll ♥️♥️
Thanks for driving down to SD to play on slabs and comp problems with us!!! 🥲
You are so funny girl! 😀🤗
This was so fun to watch!! You guys are killing it 🔥
Lol i love the UI details on the bottom left
5:40 I see you've internalized some of Emil Abrahamsson's sloper power since your collabs with him!
🙏🏽 yesss they’re still my weak link but I’m working on em!
@@AnnaHazelnutt Doesn't look weak to me!
Hey, nice after effects graphics!
Also a super fun video to watch. I couldn't see a beta for half of these climbs, it's great to see somebody figure one out!
The music for @HannahMorrisBouldering on her W2 was just perfect!
Great content, Edie’s, and effects! ❤
🙏🏽 31 graphics in a two day editing period, I'm chuffed 😂
You’ve got many skillz! Keep it up!
haha, i love the IFSC syle athlete banners !
I totally thought you were from the UK as well Anna for some reason😂
Please teach me how you do these ifsc graphics! I just love them, I started climbing recently, and started watching your channel also, and damn these are just perfect!!

It’s so perfect team 🫶you guys are rock 🎉
Loved the editing! Great video!
Collab of the greats!
Nice 😊 I've always been a huge fan of the 4+ rule. Was really sad to so it go.
Right? I'm pretty sure that's not how they do it anymore but I feel like it adds so much fun excitement and drama!

And even the longest of tests had the crowd excited... like "woah, can't believe you find that rest and are just living your best life"
so fun!! also that first song was fuego!! what's it called?
Anna jump brushing in the background is brilliant
This edit is crazy
This was so funn !!
This makes me happy
Cool Graphics, great editing 👍
Your beeps had me cracking up 😂 this seems so fun, y’all crushed it! 🎉
This was so fun!
Hannah definitely got robbed with every route lmao they looked way too sandbagged
Great comp. ...all have fun. 👌
.
Can we get a video of slab 15?
I have it + all of the slab lab on my “slab lab flash challenge” on my Patreon! Did she flash all the slabs?? Only one way to find out! 😂
@@AnnaHazelnutt sweet, ty

LOL that's actually hilarious
The holy trinity
amazing editing
That was some fierce beeping.

So fun!
Can someone please tell me the name of the song at 8:40? 😅
It would be really cool to see a colab with Anton Famenko, he's also in Cali if I remember correctly.
gonna be honest i thought ur name was hazelnutt
3:24 Why is there an incredibly outdated version of the union jack flashing up on the screen for a single frame?
Hasn't been used for about 400 years 😂
I need friends like these at the gym.
same
anyone know the song at 2 minutes?
sick climbing ladies :)
Perfect World Cup graphics
Get Matt Groom to do the play by play for the next one
HAHA this.
Love to see the try-hard!
🦢🏞️
The intermediate problems are so hard! They absolutely kicked my ass, I could only make two moves on the first one 🥲
Anna Hazlett is a better comp climber than Anna Hazelnutt
Hannah should've probably gone beginner and Irena for the intermediate
On that black climb she got further than Irena, so I am not sure what data you are basing that on. The difference between beginner and intermediate was maybe a little too much though.
Yeah they’re both in between
It would've been better if there was a middle category. Hannah and Irena are both great climbers and usually fall into the intermediate categories.
Awesome video! I’ve never tried a comp format, looks fun!
