Hello. Usually at the age of 60 years we don't advise ACL surgery. To avoid fear of falling down you can wear 'Hinge Knee Cap'. And strengthening of your muscles by physiotherapy or exercises will help you to avoid instability. You should be careful while walking on uneven surface or doing twisting movemnts to avoid damage to your cartilage and meniscus.

Yes. One side Bio screw and One side Titanium screw is possible. Ye surgeon ki technique ke upar depend karta hai.

If it is only ACL surgery then by 8 to 10 weeks patients walk normaly (with knee cap)
