For he longest time he’s had an air of enigma kindly lurking behind the shadows only collaborating with trap artists like ski mask, uno, thouxan, dex, carti, banks, etc. Plus he’s foreign, he’s more voiced in Korea with his Korean/Japanese cohort. You can see this with Japanese trap artist Kohh as well, in foreign interviews he seems like an awkward “deadpan” dude but in Japan or East Asia for that matter the dude goes crazy.

I wish he would be more open and honest about his youtube career... When I watch these Joji interviews, it almost seems like he's ashamed of the Filthy Frank videos. For a lot of people, he's still in the 'transition phase'. His videos mean so much to people. I still watch Filthy Frank all the time. The messages in his videos have stood the test of time, they're more relevant now than ever.
I'm sure he is still proud of his youtube career but it is dangerous for his music career if he plans on getting into the mainstream. If youtube didn't start censoring and demonetizing him we would still have papa franku. I'm sure once the adpocalypse hit he stopped making YT money.

Damn I thought "like" and "you know" would actually make you look like a person who can speak fluently, I'm glad I don't use "like" and "you know" that often, I have a Korean classmate who uses like and you know every time he speaks. Im asian and I didn't take ESOL, every international student in my school had ESOL for their class, and everyone of them uses like and you know every time.
