Hello! What have you been up to? I'm sorry for not uploading videos for a long time. Actually, this year I have personal circumstances that prevent me from uploading a lot. Moreover, since I pursue to prepare high-quality recordings one by one, it takes a lot of time. I have prepared a new song, but there is currently an issue with incorrect copyright issue by RUclips, so I can't upload it now. This problem is expected to be resolved automatically over time. Since it has been a while since I last uploaded, I will prioritize uploading a new video "Moonlight Full version" on my channel. (Now, this moonlight sonata video is under false RUclips copyright issue, but the situation is even better than the other video, so I upload this moonlight sonata video now.) Many people have shown love for my "Moonlight Sonata" performance on my channel, and I received quite a few requests for a full version video, so I decided to prepare it. Thank you always! Have a great day. (I will upload the new recording as soon as the RUclips copyright issue is resolved.)
Hello Ms. Kassia, We are elders who got through the covid pandemic by listening to Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra. This morning we discovered your gifts to the world. Thank you deeply. Dorothy and Jim in Santa Clara CA
As a young and advanced pianist, I want to give praise to the delicacy of Kassia's performance which I have heard throughout much of her work from her videos. She plays with a gentle yet fierce demeanor and extraordinarily expresses her emotions through her instrumentalism which multiple modern performers lack. She is a great inspiration to me to continue practicing and excelling in my musical endeavors and I hope she can be a positive inspiration for many beginner pianists listening to this masterpiece.
And some comments dare to call her messy or said she aint as good as the other famous channel, when kassia is literally a pro pianist that had done many concerts too
Classical music is timeless, that's why we're here listening to it hundreds and thousands of years later and we are lucky to have a lot of amazing recordings on RUclips just like Kassia's for free ❤
When I first started to play piano 3 yrs ago Rousseau, Kassia, Animenz, Kara and Theister were my heroes. Good to see you back. All your pieces are out of my league but I like watching you play, to see how to tackle certain passages.
nothings out of your league if you set your mind to it, most people dont even make it 3 years, i hope to see you cover something sometime, not enough pianists left in the world
11:52 is my favourite part. Really hits me hard as a teen, don't know why. Those alberti patterns in the RH and the melody in the bass is so emotional. 😭❤
*In a world filled with chaos, classical music offers a serene refuge. It's the soundtrack to moments of introspection, a soothing balm for the mind, and a reminder of the exquisite beauty that exists in the world. 🎻❤*
It may sound silly, but the first movement of that sonata is and most likely will remain my favorite piece of music. Its so beautiful. And its very good performed here.
Repent and trust in Jesus. We all deserve Hell for our sins, such as lying lusting coveting and more. We can't save ourselves, but Jesus can save us. He died on the cross to save us for our sins and rose from the grave defeating death and Hell. You must put your faith in him only. He is the only way to Heaven. Repent and trust in Jesus. Romans 6:23 John 3:16❤😊❤
I love it how u play them all,it sounds so nice, the tone is perfect, moonlight sonata was beautiful, I love how u can feel the anger and rage in moonlight sonata 3rd movement, I've never heard the second one before, I feel like it's been forgotten for some reason, I really appreciate and enjoyed u playing. Ty
What a beautiful sonata, honestly my favorite, I love how Beethoven in the first movement makes soft and serene melodies, in the second it is like an interlude to finally give way to the hectic and wild third movement. you are a great pianist and you are very talented
3:09 I love this part so much. Im not sure how this image had gotten into my head, but i imagine myself stuck in space, in the middle of no where. Id turn around and see the vast emptiness and ponder on just how small i am in this big, endless universe. Thank you for this video Kassia. ❤️
Kassia, you are a special person for me, from a very young age I began to love classical music. You were my inspiration to learn and dedicate myself to that so beautiful that it is to be a musician. Today I practice piano, violin and drums. Thanks for sharing your art with us.
WOW!!!! I can play the first movement, but that third movement is WAY beyond my talents! This is my favorite classical composition and it was brilliantly played. Bravo!!!!
I've always loved this piece. I love that it's divided into three parts: the easy part that even a kid can play, the medium part that separates the kids from the adults, and then the hard bit that separates the adults from the concert pianists. It's always fun when someone my mates and I know plays the first movement, and we can goad them into playing the second, but they always balk at the third... 😁 "Come on, play it up, show-off!" You've done a lovely job of it here. Subbed.
If you play the first part professionally, it will be quite difficult. The way you have to sing the theme with your fifth finger, and so that the other notes are quieter. And the main thing is not to fall asleep on this part. I think the easiest part is the second part.
Kassia if you're reading this you are absolutely amazing at the piano and if someone says youre not dont listen to them. They are just jealous of how talented you are. Im looking forward for you to be the next BEETHOVEN. Keep up the incredible work 👏
Can't believe you're finally back, i just love the way you play piano, it inspires a lot, you're such a talented pianist. I wish i'll become as good as you are one day. Keep it on!
I learned this song with my late mother when I was a child, even though it was difficult. This song reminds me of my mother, who has passed away, and makes me sad.
Beethoven's finest, (Moonlight 1st movement) telling us a deep narrative, thou simplistic in nature it cuts straight to the heart; yet he makes tragedy sound so beautiful 💔💔
Very beautiful first movement. I really enjoyed it. But how can You play the third movement so fast, precise and gracefull - and yet so sensitive??? I'm stunned 😳🥰
Would love to see a video about you! Would you ever share a personal video about yourself, where you’re from, how long you’ve been a pianist, is it your profession, etc.
First movement: sad as heck Second movement: happy go lucky but sadly not many people know about it Third movement: beautiful but you give your hands a seizure (Beautiful work Kassia 🙂)
i am DELIGHTED to hear another pianist play the 3rd movement of moonlight sonata like valentina litsitsa did! hers is my absolute favourite renditions of the piece & i’m so happy to see someone else can do it exactly the same way! it gives me hope that one day, i too might be talented enough… just have to finish grade 7 first 😅
when we are young, we dont understand. beethoven, bach, tchaikovsky, chopin, mozart all wrote and performed some of the most beautiful music you will hear. but we get caught up in "old town road", "enter sandman", "Wap", or whatever other music is popular. and you miss the true beauty of when sound was stirring, and not filler. most people dont dare listen to classical for one reason or another. but this is what happens when you take a basic form of music; no vocals, no coaching, no other instruments, and you just ENJOY the notes. each note its own word, weaving together a beautiful story for all time.
"Heeyy Kassia!!" Was my immediate reaction as I browsed through my subscription list and saw that you still are uploading. It's like catching up with an old friend every time you upload a new video. I hope you have been well
