Water was more rich before our soils starting drying up minerals and shit. Thats why we put trace minerals to get that back so i understand to a degree why that guy says we dont have to drink water, and instead have fruits and veggies, but water is still necessary especially if its coming from a good source and has said minerals.

It's crazy because 1) she COULD have been on a weightloss pill (i.e. phentermine), 2) there are other GLP-1 injections other than Ozempic, and 3) they don't make your stomach smaller; they delay gastric emptying (i.e. food sits in your stomach longer so you feel "satiated" and therefore don't eat as much, leading to weight loss).
Also dumb a physician told him you "...don't need a stomach"

FYI: Oprah stepped down from WW because she’s going to be doing her own thing and it would’ve been a conflict of interest. WW didn’t want her to leave. You see how their stock tanked once she left? Oprah is about her bag, you don’t get to billionaire status without stepping outside the box. She saw an opportunity to do something else way more lucrative and was out!

100% wit Ice. We have what we have for a reason. If you don't have something to break down the food, (stomach) you won't use the bathroom. Which would clog you up, and you can meet an Early demise. Surprising "Dr" ish-mar falls for the "no stomach" idea. But you notice he said HALF of a stimach
People that have had gastric sleeve surgery do have half of a stomach. Unfortunately, it comes with side effects and most people gain the weight back. Bottom line for successful weight loss, you have to eat right, not as much, drink water and exercise.
It makes total sense that he’s saying you don’t need your stomach while he’s promoting Ozempic. Ozempic use will lead to stomach paralysis and he will stick to this story when your stomach is paralyzed and no longer producing DMT. I bet any kind of money that he gets a huge kickback if he signed someone up for Ozempic. So he’s trying to set the stage to get his big fat check and subconsciously prepare you for stomach paralysis and depression!

Now ask yourself WTH it’s being pushed heavily for weight loss. For the second part of your question, yes I’ve researched this and that’s why I posted. Question for you: have you done any “real” research for this? Obviously, not since you think Ozempic is insulin and since my reply pertains to the video at hand, why would Joe’s doctor recommend it for weight loss?

So much misinformation on this platform.....oz3mpic doesn't do anything to tour stomach 😂 it works almost like metformin or glucophage in a diabetic. And side effects of controlling blod sugar and jnsulin is weight loss, suppressed appetite, etc. Also, people who do gastric bypass dont use their stomach, the food is rerouted to the intestines. People who do gastric sleeve cut off 80% of th2 stomach so they can eat less and therefore lose weight. So yes, you can live a full life without the stomach bag
