Mo obviously had a convo with Kevin about calling the Studio after he told her he was going to work with her. She told Kevin she was in the middle of a deal and that his name would boost it. This conversation was built on half truths and interpretation. Joe and the Crew left out the fact that Monique while speaking with Kevin Hart when he allegedly said he would call Tyler, came back and said Let’s start a new slate and Me and you do something together, and Mo said ok because I’m in talks with the company that wanted to do business with her about getting my talk Show back and Kevin then said good let them know we can do whatever and I’ll even Executive Produce. that changes Joe’s narrative of the story. Plus after his manager told them he didn’t want to have anything to do with her He said it was a Big Misunderstanding…You can’t leave out those details and argue she was wrong it painted a different narrative and that in itself is wrong.

The end of the clip is very important to understand the context of the issue with Kevin Hart. If she wants him to executive produce something for her due to her NEEDING help, it's not an open invitation to put his name in a conversation with other business executives without his knowledge. That woman thinks she has leverage that she doesn't have. Putting Kevin's name behind any business deal without his involvement is not the way to conduct business and exactly why Monique and people who think they're entitled to ANYTHING don't get it. Tyler Perry is not the reason she's currently being considered difficult to work with. She's proving it herself everytime she's discussing private business matters on social media. But I guess as long as she's gaslighting it as some sort of inequality issue, people who don't understand business think she's fighting for a cause other than herself.
Respectfully, I have no idea how your are coming to some of these conclusions based on the info that’s out or the logic you put forth. Her and Kevin spoke as peers / friends and I find it hard to believe that they wouldn’t have discussed or known about the value of his name being attached. Ironically, the “business” you claim people don’t understand have protections against both behaviors referenced - a promissory estoppel in this case.
The inequality that she mentions has to do with the “leverage that she doesn’t have” and why people are so uncomfortable with asking why she isn’t afforded the same. Can you name a private business matter that has been exposed that doesn’t involve providing context or defense? “Don’t tell a lie about me and I won’t tell the truth about you.”

I understand she wasn't being paid to tour in Europe. They didn't ask her to tour. They literally only asked her to go to a film festival because she hasn't won the Oscar yet, and that festival is the biggest film festival ever.
Lastly, what makes her different from Lenny Kravitz? He wasn't paid to promote it overseas, neither was Mariah Carey, or the lead star herself. What that tells me is that she's greedy, isn't willing to bend for anyone, and when you look at precious overseas numbers.....Monique can be blamed for that. And for him to not publicly apologize and take back those words is disgusting. To take food off someone's table is disgusting and he needs to make it right morally.
