LSA ZL1 lid- 12622236
serpentine belt- 6pk2440
BOSCH Secondary Water Pump- 0 392 020 039

It doesn't. The corvette spacing is different. Olsen does offer one for corvette drive

hey do you still have this build, i was thinking about putting a ls1 in my 240 but then wanted to see if anyone has supercharged a ls, and this video popped up, i didnt even realize this was a s13 240 untill the end of the video when i was looking at the tubs
What injectors did you run? 80 Siemens/deka? Do they make short ones that fit the rails?
Yes those injectors. I dont belive they make short ones. My current setup is oem LSA injectors and I make 661 to the wheels without leaning out
Empire Garage, right on I just put an lsa blower on my stock 5.3 in my rock crawler, I’m running a 2.55 pulley and otherwise stock expect for a zo6 cam, stock injectors should probably work for me as well. Thanks man
Any troubles with belt slip?
Planning on doing the same swap. Is your ls1 stock or are you running a bigger cam? Forged internals?
All stock ls6 aside from dual valve springs

Bad ass...did you have any other issues with this setup? Trying to probably get this setup this week. Oh and did you have to run low comp pistons or you left everything factory?
I had no issues with it. Everything was left factory. I have a great tuner here so I ran it through its paces for a year and the motor held up fine

How did you run your throttle cable for your throttle body??
I ran it along the supercharger on the side and ran it across the front and back to throttle body. I made a bracket for the throttle body

what did you end up doing about the map sensor thanks in advance
I ended up using the 3 bar map sensor. There is a setting that allows you to put the map values into the negatives in the latest update of hp tuners. After putting in the correct injector data it ran a lot better. I think at this point it is able to be tuned and should go smoothly. Ill make an update video soon as i should be on the dyno in the next couple weeks
What did you use for the fuel pressure regulator
I used a AEM universal FPR with return hooked up to it

Billy Webb it's a 92mm ebay cheap knockoff. The trick is to use the oem throttle spring and it feels just like stock
