I’m surprised you say that. No one ever told me their GHD broke. It’s like and iPhone of strengtheners hehe. But I found a better product- L’Oréal speampod 3. I use it after every wash! It’s amazing.
So I watched all the video and I still don't know which one did you score better. I do see the benefits of both but I thought you would get us through which one is better. Quite frankly I liked the Remington side
Yes this is the point I was making as well, Remington was just as good as more expensive one, maybe it does give a better finish and has temperature control, yet is just tagging on a hair a little. but of for the price you pay, Remington is definite a winner. My favourite ghd :) I bought the newer platinum plus and I hate it because it’s so thick and bulky. Doesn’t get as close to roots and just uncomfortable to hold and use personally. Also have to go multiple passes and doesn’t straighten as good as original ghd. But of course hair looks a bit shinier with the plates on that one. I’m sticking to original iv ghd and my hair is long and thick/frizzy :)
@@AgnesMann well i have the lowest price shark ultra light . It is amazing for hardwood and flat carpets. The comparable would be Dyson7vb , that is the model in name in Canada. Love the different variety on your channel.

I love GHD and if my plates were not scratched up I would stick to using it. I got used to using the remington and I like it actually

@@Ohkeh640 more for anti frizz and the wella spray for shine.
The biggest problem with this and similar treatments is the potential use of formaldehyde - a colorless gas with a strong smell, which is poisonous
i am not aware of this one having such gas

The Remington Protect model stinks. When heated, it has a bad smell that is transferred to the hair.
