At the beginning of the release of Windows 11, some users want to make Windows 11 setup skip Microsoft account. They get some methods like creating a local user account during the initial setup process because Microsoft allows you to select between offline and online.
Some users may prefer Microsoft accounts, as they offer some advantages,
including data sync through the OneDrive service, remote password restoration options, and other features.
Others may prefer local accounts as they reveal less to Microsoft account and are not attackable if the device is not turned on.
Computer techs may also need to setup accounts for customers, who may not be available or able to provide a Microsoft account.
Now the latest Windows 11 version 22H2 don't have option to install windows without Microsoft account

In addition, you can also bypass the Windows 11 System requirements , Secure Boot or TPM 2.0

Easier way. At this same sign-in screen, disconnect from internet > Shift F10 to open command center. Type OOBE\BYPASSNRO and hit enter. It will lead you to the same internet screen with the "I don't have internet" option at the bottom like old times. All done!
That worked like charm! I was on 22H2 build and nothing else was able to bypass login. It kept asking me to connect WiFi.

Thanks so much brother, I tried doing the turn off WiFi thing then tried the Shift F10 to do command prompt but that didn't work either because of their new updates it seems, so I tried your method and boom bypassed! I updated my windows 11 to 22H2, without Microsoft account. On your computer or laptop Shift + F10 then Command Prompt: Enter this " oobe\bypassnro.

Follow the Windows 11 install process until you get to the login screen where you are prompted to sign in or create a Microsoft account its way easier like you said

The problem with doing this is that while Windows can easily be installed on computers not declared compatible, there is no guarantee that onboard devices of such computers have had Win11 drivers developed. I ran into this with an ASUS Z170 Deluxe motherboard - everything ran fine except that the onboard WiFi could not be made to work at all. The cable network adapter worked fine - but not WiFi. I ended up reverting to Windows 10 ....
w10 end of life is in a few more years.
by the way, will restarting straight up start the usb drive or do i need to do some tinkering in bios? i mean will restarting open usb or my normal pc
you have to press boot key while restarting PC it could be del F12 or F10 depends on your motherboard brand, then you have will see different options of boot choose boot from USB

(1). Do you have to install the registered Windows11 account first though? (2). How does Office 365 work without a Win'11 account? (3). Also, if you install Windows as a local account, does Windows still do regular updates to the comp inc' using/upgrading 'Windows Defender' if that's the anti-virus you use? Thanks. 🙏
office 365 don't work without account , you can use other version of office that works without account. windows get regular updates on local account too no issue and windows defender also gets updates and works fine
