Jesus, renovated in 2012 and last sold according to the MLS was in 2014 for $204k and you or they are asking $650k. 8 acres and a 2 car garage doesn't justify that much of a increase. I'm curious what has been done to the property, like HVAC or if it has a septic, if so is it ok? Some of the vanities look dated, from the early 2000's same goes for the kitchen appliances and counter tops. Maybe the house should've been priced at $375 to 400k tops. Especially when I read a article a couple weeks back that stated Tennessee is currently one of if the most overvalued state in the union. Good luck on the sale as I have no doubt you will have no trouble selling to a out of stater.
