One if the reason why I dont buy ubisoft games and others that require an online check.
It will not change game needs internet to play. I have the disc an I can't play without internet. And it's on the bogart that yu need internet to play.
Hey long time no see. Yeah on the box art, it says internet required to install. Ubisoft confirmed this to IGN back in April as well. I've been playing offline fine so far, so long as you started the game with the internet. Not a big deal to many, though I like covering this sort of stuff with games, as it's not always as stated.
@@Philminator i cant get a real internet provider where i live so i have to use my android phone in 1 of 2 ways for internet...internet sharing by wifi(phone to pc w wifi dongle) or tethering with the loading cable from my phone into the pc usb port(any of them seems to make no difference a all)
So yes this is over the line i think for what is ok and a 100% LIE from ubisoft(is they dont fix it soon that is,but i see no reason for them to actually do this sadly)Its kind of THE CREW game taken offline all over again...Ubisoft has become a bunch of liars...This is HUGE news that they have become liars

I mean, I'm enjoying it and all, but disappointed in how it all started. If you download the update, you can play offline perfectly fine now.
