I went to one of their concerts with a woman who had long, beautiful legs. We arrived a little late and walked across the dance floor in front of the band. They were playing a song and suddenly Charlie said "Stop the music!" They started playing this song in her honor!
Been digging Charlie Musselwhite since he, along with James Cotton and Paul Butterfield were playing free concerts in parks around Boston in the sixties. This tune is a great example of the joy and humor the great talents bring to the blues.

Nice guy too. Really pleasant to be around.
20 years ago I heard this song and immediately went out to my local music store and bought a D harmonica. Been playing harp ever since.
Great rhythm guitar arrangements!
Man!!!! Andrew 'Jr. Boy' Jones, Felton Crews, Tommy Hill!!!!! Come on now!!!!
Pour les amateurs de bon blues et surtout de ce petit instrument génial qu'est l'harmonica qui va à merveille avec cette musique, j'adore !!!
Blues's a blessing isn't it?
Lovin that harp 😅😅😅
I hope "ELWOOD" keeps jammin' til he's a hundred and ten!
Love this one!
this kind of song kick asses!
Good performance!
Fantastic
The music is in the key of A and he’s playing cross harp (2nd position) using a D harmonica 🙏💚🕊️✨
I don't vote comments 'up' often, but I thought yours was spot on.
Thanks to the OP! Anyone know if this was lifted from a DVD and if so which one?
From broadcast on vhs tape
Thanks. I guessed as much but just wanted to be sure. One of my favorite bluesmen and this particular band is incomparable. Thanks for uploading!
La vita secondo jim, sembra una canzone di questa serie televisiva lol
Harmonica em D?
Who is guitar player here, please?
Andrew 'Junior Boy' Jones. Killer bluesman. Look him up.
