Bike and hike Kompar 2011m

This was a very scenic bike and hike in the Karwendel mountains. We started the bike ride in Pertisau and made our way up to Plumsjoch hut. This is an official cycling route but it is extremely steep and technical. Joseph had a bit of a scare when he fell off his bike next to a 500m vertical drop. That got his adrenaline pumping. Kompar is not a very popular destination and this was a quiet walk on a hot, sunny August day.
