Some things just don't look right here. And the environment is extremely immersion breaking, trees and people for example. The light in the water mist looks way too strong. Some of the lighting in general seems too bright and reflective, like on the cars. Some normal games without mods look better honestly.

Why does this game look so bad? It's a hazy mess, the dynamics of the car feel .... non existent, and even the sounds are awful. I mean, this seriously looks like the slapped some anti-aliasing on the old Nintendo Rad-Racer game. Maybe I'm missing something. (Oh.. it's EA... that explains it.)

plus the raindrops on the car are staying the same, no movement, no additional drops falling... A big downer the first 10 seconds. Dissapointing.
