Hello, did that USA kit work for you? That new bellows on my pump was crap, it was too hard and wore out in a short time and leaked gasoline out of the overflow tube, I had to get a used bellows and it worked fine for me. The same problem happened to me, that used kit is rubbish, it doesn't work. I consulted with a person in Germany, who sold the black seal that the original is ceramic and he told me that when that seal is bad it is because it is broken, has cracks or is loose, I think you may have wear on the motor rotor shaft you will have to measure it
Thank you for your wonderful and accurate comment. The new non-original bellows I got required difficult adjustments. It was successful in a simple bench test. However, when it was put into practical use and the pressure increased, fuel leakage occurred. Just like in the video. I didn't know that the receiving side of the bellows was originally ceramic. Thank you for letting me know.
@@MA-NYAN-garage Don't worry, but the same thing happened to me as you, I lost $200 with that kit that doesn't work, from what you can see in your video, your bronze bellows has some small holes, try to get another original bellows in good used condition. in good condition, on the other hand the person who repaired it for me in my country, Venezuela, had a German kit and the oring according to the catalog is 4mm ID, 6mm OD, 1mm TH
@@MA-NYAN-garage Actually I think he had the last used kit, because he has disassembled many long pumps, he sold me the kit with the used motor rotor, oring and bellow seal. There is no Mercedes young yard in your country.
@@MA-NYAN-garage If you want, leave me your email and I will send you some links to a person in Germany who was also helpful to me with my pump problem.
