I once spent many many hours farming Piston for a shock practicable Slow Hand. I finally got it after I dont know how many attempts and immediately went to show it to my friend by dropping it on the ground. The Slow Hand (as well as my Transformer shield and Thunderball Fists) suddenly jumped and then noclipped out of bounds.

There's a bug with Moxxi during the Talon of God quest where when you have the objective "talk to Moxxi" undone, and you tip to where she gives you the bad/good touch, she'll also give you another blue SMG with the good/bad touches.
