When asked for the greatest Playstation strategy decision made, including a DVD player for the PS2 immediately comes to mind.
right behind selling PS1 for cheaper than Saturn.
My life since 1995
❤
it's way past time they realise that consoles are about exclusives and not specs.
Cant wait for all platforms to be portable. Ill probably buy all of them. Being able to play anywhere is an absolute game changer, as the steamdeck and switch have shown.
The next handheld…
Playstation❤
The corporate future of gaming, cloud and not owning your games so kiddies can play with their buddies.
For the actual gamers we´ll go PC and move towards Linux where gaming can actually be preserved.
Retro gaming and indies. We’ll leave always online and multiplayer as a service to the kids
@Siranoxz pc and Linux? And "actual gamers"?
Cringe as hell dude.
Gaming is about the games not the platform.. always has been.
Love Playstation but they need to stop relying so much on remakes and remasters. The number of new games in the past few years has been pathetic.
People keeping asking for remakes and remasters which is why they keep making them.
I'd say some remakes are good. I do hope unchartered 1 gets a nice remake.
It’s a shame that Xbox doesn’t also have a mid gen pro but that’s because of Sonys unprecedented success
BIGSCREEN VR IS THE NEXT STEP
VR is so expensive for many consumers, don't see it selling like PS.
Year after year, interview after interview, the same TIRED prediction that NEVER materializes. Everybody tried to be Nostradamus but fail MISERABLY. Consoles ain’t going anywhere. Other devices will provide flexibility but they’re not replacing anything.
😅30 years passed me as i couldn't afford any of consoles.
Sony over Microsoft for me 💯
poor you 😂
PC gaming > Sony
PC gaming over Sony and Microsoft.
SONY never revolutionized anything. They just sold a lot of toys that were well made.
What is next? To use real people as puppets to play games. But the more they do this, the less money people have and less productive people are. So less money to get from those on the lowest levels.
Woke games and micro transactions. Overpriced consoles and accessories
I'll save you the watch. Nothing. These guys have forgotten how to innovate. Who else is looking forward to the remaster, of the remaster, of the remaster, of the remaster of GTA V and Modern Warfare 2?
🙋♂️
Xbox better.
