I agree with you totally. I think another reason is a big business in the fees they collect, not just on drivers license. It is all a sham on the people.

80 is completely reasonable on a 30 mile long straight highway. Now when on the surface streets posted speed limit all day. Always use your blinker, and just let that asshole in because it just causes confusion and delay.
Heck horses can run 30 to 40 mph according to horse breed. Do u need a license to ride a horse if they say its equal to a vehicle. No so why do u need one for a vehicle? The license doesnt insure u immunity from getting hurt when ur inside driving /traveling..
