16:22 The bridge I cross every day of the week on my way to school, it's such a privilege to live here, Midden-Zeeland is pretty much my home now!! Best video so far on this channel!!
I bambi nice to meet your dad and friends hope all are fit and well. Awesome flight philip loves the bonanza g36 what a beautiful plane.the weather looked superb for you. Take care and I would love to meet you all again philip.
awesome!, so lucky to be able to call ehmz my training airport :-) love the bonanza, 160kts is a great cruisespeed, great plane for flying through europe.
A few comments: Airspace: I am your eastern neighbour. German airspace is extremely GA friendly. I can fly from my home airport direct to the islands with no diversions needed. Close encounter: We use FLARM a lot over here. Though I had a "head on" with an ultralight last year that was a very close call. So all the technology is so important. And always be on FIS! I really enjoy your content. Keep it coming!
I visited Lelystad Airport in the 1990's. A friend was a volunteer at the airport museum. It was the only airport I have been to that was below sea level. Nice video!
Nice video as always, would you be so kind of explaining how general aviation works in Europe, I see you guys always wear a safety vest, use Sky Demon vs ForeFlight or Garmin Pilot and most of the time use grass runways.
Personality Plus as always. The original V tailed Bonanzas were called Doctor Killers in the USA but I guess they cured this defect with the revised tail layout.. The best thing about Holland? The double fried chips. Regards, Octoman in NI UK
We were going to watch this video last night however my partner says, No Bambi, she is just to cheerful. Turns out my partner had a migraine so we will come back to this video tonight. Given all of the crap in the world we all need our fix of Bambi.
Looks like the opposing traffic was at the same altitude as you. Garmin confirmed this. Aren't you supposed to fly at even altitudes in one direction and and uneven altitudes in the other direction as we do in South Africa to avoid this? Beautiful countryside up there. Bonanza looks like a beaut.
As per SERA.5005 (g): Except where otherwise indicated in air traffic control clearances or specified by the competent authority, VFR flights in level cruising flight when operated above 900 m (3000 ft) from the ground or water, or a higher datum as specified by the competent authority, shall be conducted at a cruising level appropriate to the track as specified in the table of cruising levels in Appendix 3. @ 15:32 he reports being at 3000' so in theory the odd-even rule should not apply. (According to Appendix 3 table of SERA, 3500' is the first VFR altitude). However I don't know if there are special procedures in the Netherlands concerning this.
I got my PPL back in 1987 and it cost circa £4,000 spread over eighteen months. I guess you could add a couple of Grand at todays prices. Regards, Octoman in NI UK
Usually around 10,000 euro if you learn at a flying club (instead of a school). To keep up the hobby you'll want to fly a few hours a month at least which at minimum comes out to 5,400 a year (based on 3hr a month, 150 euro an hour Cessna 172). Look into microlight flying, cheaper and a lot of them have better gear than most larger aircraft.
I noticed some parts of your video uses images Ive seen in other channels (such as Prop Base). Same take off, same wing camera, etc. Did you use theirs? Viceversa or are they just cuts from other people?
Dommage !
Your Smile is infectious and your Talent is growing in leaps and bounds
This was a very fun day, I really enjoyed the flight and our convo! We really need to do this again!
I tried to check your RUclips channel for some content. But I can't see anything. Was there never any content? Did you remove it?
All the way from Potchefstroom South-Africa, It's nice to see Mauritz wearing his @Jonker Sailplanes hat.
Good to see a nother nort-west south african in the comments 🔥🔥
What a great aircraft !! Perfect landings. Good video editing - thank you. Nice to meet your father
Nice to see my both PPL inspirations together in one single video!
Wow my congratulations Bambi for flying the Bonanza G36, also with your dad. You did it well Bambi. My support is for you

Looking great in the G36!! Sweet ride!!
Beechcraft build quality is next level, feels like you're flying in something meant for royalty. Change my mind...
I visited Lelystad Airport in the 1990's. A friend was a volunteer at the airport museum. It was the only airport I have been to that was below sea level. Nice video!
Never been to Schiphol Airport? It's 4 meters below sea level.
Sweet plane dude !

Superb!!! 😍
Lelystad! I'm a descendent of Michiel de Ruyter, and the Seven Provinces replica is being built there. Ik ben ook Chiel.
Awesome video! I recently joined the GA community Flying gliders. I'm now going for my TMG rating! Hope you fly in the Netherlands soon as well!

Love me some new Bambi videos.
I wanna fly fast!😂 Love it! The Bonanza is just so cool
Another 😎 vid !! You need to come fly tail-dragging Super Cubs on floats in the 🇨🇦wilderness !! Lot less traffic issues 👍🏻🍻🇨🇦

Show!!!!!
Was automatically reading N367HP, the plane from Matt 🤪
TRUE KKKKK
I have to ask, how expensive is "general aviation" as a hobby.
I feel like just the cost makes it unreachable for most of us at home :-)

Maybe you could do a hot air balloon video?
Mood flick

It's hard not to ❤️ Bambi
Leuke video weer!
Smile and wave next time you fly over Lelystad
try flyinf australia!! plenty of room to move
Has anyone else wondered why "Pilot" Bambi is always in the passenger seat, talking on the radio, rather than actually being a "Pilot".
I thought LOP below 6000' (ie above 75% power) is not allowed as it could damage the engine?
How near was that near miss????
What way place the camera near beacon?
That bonanza has an American tail number
Where are you from Bambi?
👏👏👏
That Face at @1:29 HAHAHAHAHA
It called a dam
Are you a pilot?

CO2-emmissions of that family is a desaster….
