HI. WOW. So lets have a lil story. I binged all of TMA in about 10 days. I impulse scripted this in an hour at 3am. I then proceeded to make the longest solo video i've ever created in about 2 weeks with nearly non-stop work over 200+ frames. Here we are. I feel So powerful and accomplished to have done this and seen it to the end??!! I have SO many unused scripts, ideas in my head, and even unfinished animatics yet THIS ONE WAS THE ONE I COMPLETED?? Absolutely CRAZY. WOW. SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SERIES POSSESSED ME I SWEAR.
This was a grand ol challenge/test of my skills because..as you noticed...its all humans. it is entirely humans. holy shit. After about 6 years of seriously buckling down on human art, i reached a point that i felt confident enough to take a challenge like this and i RAN WITH IT!! Another key point i wanted to work with was to not spend too much time perfecting little details, instead, spending the time to make them readable: ex: HANDS! If i dwelled on 200+ hands then this video would have been impossible to make, so, teaching myself to get the concept down rather than refine it was a learning curve that i think worked!
I'm exceedingly proud of the end result though, because oh man, the things extended free time does to you! Coincidentally, I also finished all my current pressing map parts for..THE FIRST TIME SINCE I STARTED RUclips..and im a workaholic so i kicked THIS into gear lmAOOOOOOOo WORTH IT. But on a sappier note- im graduating high school and so this video is really a meaningful thing/send off to me! Like many of you, im sure, i just lost all my senior activities...including my senior art show :(. which really blows. so now im coping by using this as a showcase of my growth and achievements pft. Anyway. im rambling. i just have a lot to say about this video/upload so thank you all so SO much for supporting me throughout all these years, and I look forward to where my work goes from here!
If i have to draw another person holding papers or opening a door again in my entire life i will lose my mind
