- Prosecutors and the defense gave their opening statements Thursday in Devon Erickson’s murder trial in connection with the May 2019 STEM School shooting.
Does anyone else hate how the prosecutor's voice is blaring into the microphone?
I agree, it’s so scratchy and loud. I really wished he would’ve turned down the mic so I could understand what he was saying.

I really can't believe some of the comments on this page. "we've all done things we regret, don't act like you're better" not claiming to be better or anything but I definitely never held a weapon at someone while threatening them😭. can't even try arguing with these people. I'm definitely not laughing at the content but their defense is ridiculously hilarious. The other guy in this case got 50 years in prison for shooting without killing anybody, there's no way this guy's getting out.

I just wanna say that the Defense attorney is one of the best in the Denver area. Worked on cases like jonbenet ramsey. To hire him you pay lots and lots of money, his parents must be very affluent. I have no sympathy, he was there willingly and chose violence that day.

honestly when i heard this 'story' came out about him pleading not guilty and bringing up this whole fiasco about being groomed into using drugs by alec, i didn't find that one bit of sympathy. He isn't sorry for causing Kendrick's death at all in this trial, the only thing i could see he was sad at was 35:11 or 37:11 (?) i just was like 😐 for the whole time. Honestly brings up alot about how murderers and especially a group of murderers blame everything on what they are linked to by the police and the other murderers in the "group". I hope he rots in jail and kendrick and his family get justice :) ✌🏾
Yeah so the comment was at *35:11* the words he said after he cried was inaudible, so I tried to listen closely, the first word I could recognise is 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, this could mean that he didn't want to be seen as one to people? 💀 which is quite unsettling because a normal person would not spraypaint "666" and "fuck society" on their car. A normal person would not have emotion at the start of his trial (the famous one lmfao) and use his fucking hair to cover his face from being seen to the media. So I think he is a monster to everybody around him. can't prove shit when he already done the unthinkable.
