ever tried autmotive inks instead of model paaint candies? i bought some clear red pure ink on ebay and you can add it to any clear to made a candy clear, great thing is you can adjust the ink ammount as i always found all model paint candies never have enough coverage so you have do 10 coats to get a rich deep candy effect.
@@mvm3897 i love using them for doing heat staining for 1/12 motorcycle exhausts, because you want quick coverage in 1 or 2 coats, as the more coats of colored clear the more unnatural the exhaust will look.
Very nice work. i was wondering about the first coat of Blue it looked like you had the nozzle tip off of the air brush. Does that help in any way or maybe it got lost either way.
Hey Matt amazing job as always! I had a question on the pins you install in the limbs and bases to keep them steady. Where can I get those and what type of filling do you use to keep them steady? THX!
Came from Facebook this is absolutely insane! Your channel is so underrated
Beautiful as always Matt! That metallic coloyr really pops. Hearing you say it takes hours to do the shading is inspiring 😁
Those metallics look fantastic.
Thanks for sharning! Lovely finish

Never tried inks before but I do have a few friends that use them. I should give them a shot.
