~Don’t study for first 30 minutes
~Drink water
~Listen music
~Do some exercise for 10 minutes
~Then you will be feeling so energetic
~Revise it early morning
~5 AM to 8 AM revision
~45 minutes revision, then 10 minutes break follow this
~Then First slot at 10 AM to 1 PM. You can study your main subjects.
~45 minutes revision then 10 minutes break. Follow this.
~Take rest during 2 PM to 4 PM or study subjects like English
~The second slot from 4 PM to 7 PM . You can study main subjects.
~45 minutes revision, then 10 minutes break follow this
~The third slot from 8 PM to 10 PM. You can study main subjects.
~If you can then extend this timing as this is the last slot of your day .

Now it's only 8 days left for boards and I was sick for four days and I regret it alot. Who ever has boards this year I wish them with good health and luck
I recently started sleeping for 4-5 hours max. , And I sleep at around 12 pm and wake up at 4 am. I used to think that I'd be sleep deprived and stuff if i sleep less than 8 hours, but TRUST ME It depends on your capacity. For me, i rarely felt sleepy while following that routine. This just gives me enough time to study something and thus I felt pretty productive.

Till one month, it won't have any effect on your health or your energy, but after a month you will fall sick or you will feel like you don't have any energy. So a minimum of 6+ hours of sleep is very essential, also for good retaining capacity. You tend to forget things if you don't get a proper sleep
@@aspiringgirl7101 very true bro I also used to sleep maximum 5:30 hour and follow this continuously 1 months however I feel energetic for about 15 to 20 days but after this i am getting ill 🤒 and that caused dark circles on my eyes I recommend to all pls sleep at least 7 hour 🙏🙏

To wake up early
(Story)
I am not joking I started waking up at 3 a.m. with alarm and You guys will be shocked to know that one day I wake up at 2:30 without alarm
I learned from this observation that we need a critical motive to wake up , in this story without alarm I was tensed what if I don't wake up at 3 so I was able to wake up early
And then I used a trick to wake up at 3 consistently)
Trick - Make a to do list before night
and find an alternative motive to replace sleep in my case it was fear being an average as I am one of a perfect student in studies, motives can be different find a good one!

I was a night owl, i would study from 12:00 - 4:00 or 5 am it was effective . i woke up at 11 am that was working good for me but if you are doing the same I'll suggest you to wake up early instead from now on like 4 am would work. This is bcs it takes time to change your sleep schedule (this was my schedule for past 1 month) it took me a week to finally get it back to a normal schedule. so get enough sleep and at right time so in board exam days u don't feel sleepy at all. and yea meditate 5 mins when going out of home on the day of exam , helps in stress/tension relief

(See, Mai kitne bhi baje soyu i always end up waking up at 10 only so i thought kahi manage karleti hu time padhne ka raat me hi 😭) pehle my parents used to oppose this idea of me being in this abnormal routine but phir they realised this is the only thing which makes me very productive and mai bohot sara padh bhi leti hu so they accept it now.

well boards ki timing hi 10:30 hai aur 10 baje ke baad centre mei entrance krne nhi milta to ye routine board k pehle thik hai pr boards ke beech mei bohot bura rhega kyuki tab at least 7:30 ya 8 baje tak to uthna hi padega

~You wake up happy until you realise it's 2:00 p.m. and the day is already over.~
_Here's what you do to start waking up early:_
*1. Get enough sleep at night:*
Set a consistent sleep schedule to get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep. For instance, if you are a night owl, 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m./10 a.m. or 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m./8:00 a.m. If you are an early bird, 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m./5:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m./7:00 a.m.
*2. Limit high simulation activity:*
Don't use your phone for at least 2 hours before going to bed because more screen time = more dizziness.
*3. Create a Bedtime Routine:*
Set an alarm for when you want to sleep at night so that when the alarm goes off, you have to drop all your work and go to bed quickly.
For example,
if you have to sleep at 9:00 pm, you have set your alarm for 9:00 pm. and as soon as the alarm rings, you leave all your work and prepare to go to bed.
*4. Keep it at a distance:*
Set your alarm but put it on the other side of the room along with a hot water bottle. So that when you wake up, you're forced to hop out of bed to turn off the alarm and drink some water at the same time.
*5. Don't turn off the alarm immediately:*
When you wake up, don't immediately turn off the alarm. Sit on the bed for 10-15 minutes, try to open your eyes wide, and just observe your surroundings.
*6. Get exposure to natural light:*
Once you're up, there's no going back to sleep quickly, so instead of going back to bed, open your curtains to let in sunlight.
*7. Freshen up:*
To avoid dizziness, take a cold shower or just wash your face and eyes with cold water.
*8. Reward yourself for waking up early:*
Keep something you like such as coffee or chocolate a little away from your room, like in the kitchen, and after freshening up, have it.
*9. Stretch yourself:*
Do exercise for 15 minutes, just normal yoga, not running kind of stuff.
*10. Listen to energetic music:*
Stretch yourself along with listening to some energetic music with a full vibe (like you stay active at parties). After 20-30 minutes, you'll feel some energy and then you can start studying.
Another thing that you can prioritize to *Avoid distractions* .
You have to avoid the things that distract you from studying if you want to study effectively. For instance, if your mobile phone distracts you, grab your phone and turn on downtime so you can't use any apps past midnight.

12am - 1am ( break )
1am - 4am ( study session 4)
4am - 12pm ( sleep for 8 hrs)
