Um, they are pretty different. The mechanics might have some similarities but the resulting gameplay and feel is not even close. Deceive is much better btw ^^

this one flew under my radar. great gameplay so far, but if it follows other hero shooter royale games, future updates could improve this game a lot.

so getting the case is pointless as once you reach extraction it all comes down to who is alive when it lands and can grab the case

Not necessarily because the case gives you the ability to see who is a spy and where they are on the map if you're in close enough range.

What do you mean you haven't seen before? This is exactly like the multiplayer pvp mode from older assassin's creed games. Back then it was very underrated.

Eh, I’d say it’s a little different. Plus has some major differences that just come with the era. Weapons, no jumping on roofs, etc. Calling it ‘exactly like’ the old ac multiplayer is inaccurate

Being able to hang back and snatch the prize just before the opponent wins reminds me of that game Hood. And sadly, this game will probably flounder just as badly as Hood did.

As of now, there are two ways. Solo (against 10-12 players, they still deciding on the amount per match) and Trios (groups of 3).
So, yes, you can do with friends.

Console players: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. They force crossplay with pc players and console aim is abysmal. Xbox aim assist barely works but ps5 DOESNT EVEN HAVE IT.
