Your joy and pleasure from your food creations is obvious. I think people have to TRULY love food before they can create a good recipe. I am struggling to find GF recipes that are edible, never mind justifying the cost of the more expensive ingredients. I have literally trashed most of the mediocre (and sometimes horrid) GF recipes I've tried from various RUclips channels. I tried my variation of your carrot cake recipe but used Swerve instead of sugar. It was a shock because it was actually beautiful AND delicious. Happy to find your channel.

Yes, that is the KEY to a absolutely wonderful cinnamon roll. I thought I was the only one to do this to add the icing right out of the oven. I make regular and GF cinnamon rolls. Both a must. Can't wait to make these and I will add some Maple syrup to mine and fresh bacon bits on top.
I cant wait to make these. I've been meaning to get my first sourdough starter. So to have new recipes to go with that is such a life saver. Because not alot of gluten free out there

I am GF but also cannot have yeast. So, my only option is sourdough gf bread. My experience with sourdough bread is not very good. I hate the sour taste… Is your starter very sour? Any method to reduce the sour taste I cannot stand? HELP!!
