I have unfortunately been a Marlins Fan my entire life. You have been my favorite player since Day 1 because of the way you play the game with so much fun and passion. We have been truly missing that ever since Jose Fernandez died. I knew stuff went down because of Miguel Rojas, but didn't realize it got that bad. I am so sorry you had to play through that living hell for 3 years. I am so glad that worthless "Captain" got shipped out. Should have known he was loser after he blocked every single person on social media that didn't take his side. Keep doing your thang man and here's to you staying healthy this year! 30/30 season mark it down!

This interview is GREAT for baseball! All the older people & older generations of fans of baseball are gonna HATE everything he’s saying lol but these conversations need to happen. Older fans of baseball wanna keep the game the way they know it and love it, but it was boring then & it’s boring now. In order for the game to grow and become more appealing and fun to the youth, you have to bring in players like Jazz and other young players with flare, attitude, & style to the game! Bottom line this isn’t the same baseball from years past, that your Grandpa & great Grandpa loved. That ship has sailed! Forget all your old unspoken rules. Batflips after homers are GOOD for the game, pitchers celebrating after strikeouts are GOOD for the game! Get over it & get on this train of the new generation that’s actually exciting to watch. They play with emotion and excitement and don’t operate like robots! I’m here for it & Jazz is a star!

The Marlins mistake of bot embracing Jazz is the Yankees
gain. Jazz arrives in New York and hits 4 homeruns in 3 games and made some excellent plays in the field. His enthusiasm is being embraced as i write this. Jazz, welcome to the New York Yankees. This fan loves your enthusiasm and approach to the game. While our guys of the great Pivot podcast are fine retired football players, nothing is bigger than Yankees baseball in New York. all yall saying jazz is mid or overrated simply do not know ball. he's a rare combination of speed, raw power and defensive versatility.
not many other guys in the league right now that are legit perennial 25 homer/25 stolen base threats, while also being athletic enough to competently play both the middle infield and the outfield. it's basically just jazz, mookie, tatis, trea turner, ketel marte, and royce lewis - 6 guys total in the whole league, and they're all studs

IMO the defenders of the veteran players and (who are also often) the people saying he's "locker room cancer" are really not listening to the things he's saying, or are choosing not to.

Man, I feel like I can relate to jazz. I’ve always had encounters with older people than myself cause I do things differently at work but the job gets done. And I’m not one to take shit lightly. The fact he didn’t practice, had relationships with the team and STILL made all star speaks volumes. He makes the game FUN! Jazz, you got a fan here. Keep balling in them suckas! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

30:55 I remember this season and players he's talking about. Spanish born outfielder who didn't look Spanish at first glance. The announcers couldn't explain his slumping after comparing him to Christian Yelich when he homered.

Jazz is the realest ! I love that he was honest and it didn’t seem y’all cut out any of the controversial statements. I love that he told us what he went through in that Marlins club house, the Jordan autograph denial , and current Marlins team. I will actually start following the Marlins and even go to a few games this season! Great job Pivot ! Another phenomenal interview!

Miguel Rojas got his ego ballooned in Miami, way overrated player, average at best with good defense, walked around like he was Jeter, bench player in any other team.

He definitely grew up playing baseball in the hood when he spoke about the team mentality of being hit by a pitch "Just don't hit me in my face" & "My big dog behind me ready to whack something" because why fight & get kicked out and got nothing to show 4 it besides pain? instead make sure they lose because they gone drive me in
