Just letting you know, 'impact force' is not a multiplier, it is the actual force applied. 3 is very little. They won't go flying until around 8-10. Attack speed is the only multiplier, the rest are the actual stats. Splash radius is the radius in meters that the damage will apply, so 3 meters is a pretty large amount. (Sorry we need to be more specific)

Not really. A, given that the Spartans were holding the lone with only a few men actually in the engagement, they could rotate out men, letting them rest. Exhaustion would kick in eventually, but thats where point B comes in B the persians, faced with 300 almost unkillable death machines, forced to climb over a massive pile of there comrades corpses to reach the enemy, would eventually refuse to attack out of pure terror, and quite possibly run away, convinced greece is populated with similarly overpowered warriors. Sure, on this map the persians can just go around, but there supply lines would be obliterated by the spartans remaining, and any attempt at leaving a contingent of soldiers behind to stop that from happening would surely end in disaster as the Spartans sally out from there bridge and obliterate said contingent, then raid supply lines.
I always wanted to see how high a single concentrated corpse pile could rise. Excellent video- the literal MOUNTAIN of corpses was definitely worth it!
Well, at min 08:00 you can calculate that Spartans are gonna win. Every dead spartan takes 10.000+ Persians with him. 378 Spartans can potentially kill 3,78+ million Persians. and only 2,9 million spawned... So a clear win 🙂
sick vid, im p sure there was a bunch of persians trapped under the mountain of bodies at the end. hence why the spartans why attacking mid air. they have extended range that you gave them so thats who they were attacking - people trapped below haha
So, I've done a lot of testing and have found that during the massive scale battles and the game still being worked on, Similar to how the units can glitch up walls they do similar things with the body piles only instead of shifting to the top of a body pile they will be stuck underneath it. Which makes them unreachable, it is why some of your Spartans there were swinging at the air in the end. Also, it is not just the body piles the units can get clipped/stuck underneath but some of the terrain as well and the larger the armies get the chance of it happening clearly goes up.
I haven't seen most games introduce other historic warriors, like the celts, Galatians which would be gaulic/celtish. They should add slingers as well, knowing that the sling under someone who's trained with a sling, are very powerful. A simple iron ball or a rock could shred through wood like a gun shot. With hardly any strength to wield such a weapon, though skilled at it, it's more lethal than an arrow, and cost efficient. Most games take it as a weak weapon, but wars have been won with the slingers, Roman's even hired slinger mercenaries to fight in battles even though the Roman's had bowmen.
Bruh I cant get my head around the fact that these types of battles actually happened in the past. Not just this battle but so many other historical battles and fights happened before where so much men just fought each other head on and so many died. How bout an interesting battle, ww2 us military in small groups spread out defending that routes up the mountain in that one battlefield with a mountain the in the center, the one you had the romans v Spartans in. Have US soldiers defend the routes up in small groups and a bigger group at the top, have them attacked by 1 million melee soldiers of your choice, or hell go zombie, make it humanities last stand or something
With the Spartans still attacking the missing Persians may be trapped under/mixed into the mountain of the dead somehow. The number was slowly dropping. Perhaps they were getting crushed?
@@seventucker3232 ya in this game the underneath of the body pile becomes hollow for lag issues smart but in battles like this it makes them get stuck or they fall through

Imagine being in the middle of the spartan force and you just see your brothers killing so many people that you have to start climbing of bodies so you don’t suffocate on dead bodies and you just stand there for 9 hours see a horde of Prussians come but they die like 10 feet from you 💀
I'd be able to hold off with about 50 basic archers each bridge... Regardless of the number of melee type enemies. Just give me 2 engineers to blow up both bridges...
Yeah nah, there were a few groups which could of defeated the Spartans, the ones we all know and hate/love the romans had better tactics and were bound to have more men then the Spartans. If it was alexander the great his Macedonians vs the Spartans he would wipe the flipping floor with them, he was crazy lucky and a military genius. Pyrrhus of Epirus conquered Sparta but died there to a roof tile. Then the Scythians, Mongols and Germans might have beat them
