Love this video! You'll be back in no time. The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago on a heavy sandbag lift. Broke it off the floor, then my back locked up. I switched to a light sandbag and high reps with weights for a week. I was back to normal in about 12 days.
Cheers man - yeah should be back to it asap, light reps are the go to!
Two weeks ago I experienced something similar on the second rep with 215 kg. I felt a 2-3 cracks in the lower back. Some machine work and 10 days no deadlifts was enough to recover
Glad you're healed up
Glad you are on the mend and didn’t push it.
I did my lower back in last week, probably after deadlifts. I can hardly walk, but then I’m thirty years older than you! Chiropractor regime for the moment.
Cheers mate, hope you heal up, speedy recovery 🙌🏻
Same issue here, no deadlifts till November...get well soon
Rest up mate
Timing! I recently tweaked my lower back/hip doing 3" defecit RDLs for 85% of my 1rm starting stiff legged.. disnt feel it at the time ,delayed ... just getting passed it now
Heal up mate
You are young and strong fear not, but ok shit happens, man those deadlifts I have hard injured that's looked my back 3 times in my life and I'm 42 physical labor worker and intermediate cross lifter for 4and half years, the first time was lifting a sack of the ground from unstable position second a not so much wormed up deadlift, and third a too much unnecessary power row with trap bar, anyways be careful 🦾
Cheers man, rested up and back to it now, luckily nothing too bad
How about a video on your diet and supplements
I have done a video recently with my diet fairly recently so it hasn't changed really at all since then - it's my day in the life video. As for supplements I don't take much beyond a multivitamin and some omega 3s so not enough to fill a full video. If that changes I will for sure do a video update!
