Quest rewards will get better when you are in the middle and end of the quest. Like Joel will give you the AX50 anti-material rifle in his last quest and some give you 3x2 key chains.
And micro transactions are only for buying koen's, safes, weapon bundles and skins. But it's up to you. It won't interfere with gameplay, just money and skins. That's all
Because you can kill t6 player by only use mp5 with dum-dum ammo.
Good to know, I definetly need to push further into the quest lines!

When is it coming to PC and Steam?
It is currently on PC right now in closed beta. I'm not sure if they have confirmed a release yet for steam but they did say it was going to be sooner than people expect :]

The game is full of cheaters and i stopped playing it was fun at first
I have 40 hours in game . I have only come across 1 cheater (i have 86% extraction rate)
I have 1k+ in the mobile version, and I've only ever seen 1 or 2 cheaters lol
