- Thought I would get my Dad's (Who by the way is a huge fan of WW2) thoughts on the new "War in the Pacific" DLC for Battlefield V!
First we look at the old trailer and compare it with the recent, it's a huge change!

Maybe I'm just simple to think that I'll wait for the game to actually come out b4 I judge it. And I would not have cared what so ever if a woman with a hook for a hand was ONE (remember you dont have to pick her) of the options to pick from.
At the end of the day it's not real and they tried (unsuccessfully) to bring in more people to play the game.

@@alexanderludvigsen1893 In my opinion, battlefield V isn't a bad game, it's a bad BATTLEFIELD game. For a series that's known for focusing on realistic gameplay and historical accuracy this is awful. But it's still pretty good game, it's really fun to play.

Not a lot of women like to see war games or war films like guys do so this game isn’t really played by girls mostly guys. And Battlefield 5 is focus on Germany and Great Britain so Caffe wasn’t being a bitch he was being historically accurate.

Not putting swastikas in the game was my only beef. There's no problem with putting females in a multiplayer gamer, people should be able to play as somebody that looks like them, girls play video games too. Also I wish the game had more historical battles. Other than that the game is a ton of fun and severely underrated by virgins who are afraid of talking to girls

If they wanted female fighters on the WESTERN Front they had 3 options A ) Pretend to be a guy B) French resistance , hey some of those females really got in firefights! or C) OSS or other intelligence services. Or they could have done something on the Eastern Front as while (in general a very few INDIVIDUAL exceptions noted) the Russians found that all female frontline combat units sucked ass, they did find women made good snipers and could bomb with the best of them.

he was also partially wrong about the women thing. the Americans didn't send women to fight, Britain sent a few, and Germany sent a lot to fight towards the end. The arm is real, however it was invented sometime after WWII ended, and it wouldn't even be that effective in combat.
There were actually many women who fought on the lines of war. One of the most famous was a Soviet sniper with 309 confirmed kills. Don't believe me? Look it up, her name is Lyudmila Pavlichenko. And i doubt you're a historian

My grandfather was injured and moved back. But his brother is not so lucky. But the family has his photo so it is not too worried when he finds his grave

There actually were some Native Americans who fought in World War 2.
There was a unit in the Marine Corps known as the Navajo codetalkers.
M4A1 true. I think they made an undeciferable code during the war or something like that.
And there were high trained female British spec ops but there was very few.

Germany early on in the war didn't have female soldiers outside of intelligence and medicine but postwar I'm pretty sure Hitler conscripted women to fight for Germany.

The weapon you guys see at the end of the trailer is the ASM-N-2 "Bat" glide bomb which had a 1000lb warhead. Was only used later war in the Pacific and only in small numbers for mainly anti ship purposes. It was fitted mainly on a 4 engine bomber (PB4Y "Privateer") but some modified platforms were also made such as the F4U Corsair showed at the end.

Note on the beach landings. It was quite during the initial landings, Japanese defenders allowed the landings unopposed and then unleashed hell when the Americans got close enough.

Something I don't think people realised about the appearance of the soldiers was that they were showing the custom soldiers that you could make it was your soldier you do what you want with them and that wasn't a robot arm it was a prosthetic arm a lot of veterans had them
