제가 처음 선반 기계를 보고 놀라웠습니다 쇠를 무우 깍듯 하는 선반이참 신기했습니다
그때 뇌리에 스친것은 저런기계를 지구상 에서 처음 만든 사람은 정 말 손으로 모든걸깍고 자르고 다듬 어서 만들었을 텐데 일단 선반하나를 만들면 선반이 선반을 만들고 그런 방식으로 공업이 발전 한다는걸 알게 되였습니다 감사합니다~!

기계공 업은 초기에 선점한 국가나 기업이 유리합니다 예를 들어 점보 여객 기를 중국이 만들면 누가사겠습니까아무리 반값에 준다해도 안삽니다 그래서 기계설비 는 규모가 클수록 기술도 문제지만 설령기술과자본과 자재가있다해도 선듯 시작하기가 어려운계 현실입니다그래서 미래에 기술을 미리 선점 하는게 중요한 이슈 입니다
저렇게 큰 전기고로 제철소 한 업체가 원자력발전소 1개 분량의 생산된 전기를 다 써버림..
이번에 일반 철근이랑 코일철근 하나씩 사서 부모님댁에 놔드렸는데 요긴하게 잘 쓴다고 정말 좋아하시네요^^ 배송도 빠르고 좋아요! 그럼 저는 이만 공구리쳐야되서 ㅎㅎ!

Those machines are really impressive. So fast. And those electromagnets that can pick up many tons at at time. Thank you for clear captions. What is the use for the very long coils of rebar? Another manufacturing process that uses rebar?

Very refreshing to see how they make rebar in a modern steel mill in a modern country, compared to the rebar vids I've seen from India or Pakistan.

Но Я так вижу, что все ваши фабрики монстры расположены в Юго Восточной Азии, в Южной Корее.
Но и в России тоже есть металлургические комбинаты и куда больше чем в Корее.
Обратите внимание: В Корее почти весь метал из металлолома. Они не добывают руду а покупают готовый металл... так что из заводы вовсе не самые большие, это вторичная переработка.
Кстати: В России арматуру производят сразу из расплава.

Can they make 1440p rebar? Would it cost extra?
Any clue what the difference is in rigidity and use between the two formats? Is it the exact same material, just formed differently, or do the two formats have different properties?
Edit - and, thanks for this great content, i really enjoy the work you produce!
The rigidity between the two formats is the same except the rolls are for export. Not every country has steel mills. The rolls are exported. When they get to their destination, they can be unrolled and cut to needed lengths. The cut format material probably for local consumption. Same properties
were the spool rebar still hot at the end of the video?

Well, my father used to design machines like that. It is not that hard. Cheap and efficient machines are the hard ones. And yes, among others he also worked for the Danieli group.
