Glad it was helpful! Would be extremely helpful if you could let True know on social media it was so hopefully I can check out the new line of True gear!

So glad i watched this video...not so much for the True gear but you made me realize Im holding my stick wrong!
I just got a new blocker and ive been struggling to grip my stick ever since.
My stick is getting stuck out of position in my hand. or weak grip has allowed a few 5 hole shots i'd normally stop that went through my blade...
I'm not used to all that side padding and my whole life
I gripped my hand at the base of the shaft, above the paddle.
I just tested this 'trigger' grip and instantly I see that is what these blockers are designed for.
    Thanks Matt!

Glad it helped, even if I didn't mean to in that way haha

Thanks for the amazing and very thorough review on the blocker. Was deciding between the 580 px3 and 580 eflex 6. Tried them both today and you can tell the difference in build quality and materials. Looking forward to the following catcher review!

Thanks for the kind words and checking out my content!
I currently have a set of Eflex 6 I will be testing so it will be quite interesting. 581 glove though and not a 580!

Just got my px3 set. I’m being 100% serious, my first shot to the blocker, the puck literally hit the rafters of the rink.

My 2x pro blocker never did that

When will you do a review on the True Catalyst 7x3 set?

Unfortunately I won't get to review those unless they are sent to me, which I doubt will happen sorry.

Funny how nobody copied TPS Exceed's blocker fingers for individual finger protection (like a player glove) from almost 20 years ago

That design is a bit of a miss if you think about it. No finger tip protection and a lot more work to make then just putting the shells over the top

Do they still have the zipper so you can open the board and change the plastic on the board? wandering if you got some carbon sheets and slip one in. I do agree that the fingure protection could be better and side board stiffer.

They still have the zipper on the board. If I manage to find a broken or user Bauer blocker for cheap that seems like it would be a really good test.

Can't seem to find info about which hand fit to order. Loose or fit?
Do you know what are the stock ones? Thanks.

I did tight and I believe that is the stock one.
