There has been a slight change in the carter pump as far as PCM engines go. Check out the carter electric fuel pump and replace it if needed.

I'm upgrading to an electric carter lift pump on my 6.5l turbo diesel, do I need to remove the mechanical pump and plate the block?

Two from Summit. Both lasted less than an hour. Trying a Holley now. Took the first one apart nothing wrong or dirty inside. Reinstalled and it worked for one start up, then won't even try to run.

How do you clip the connector off the old pump? Im trying to replace one now.

Do they have lift and are they flow thru as I won’t to use to prime a carburettor on an engine once primed I will turn off thanks vince

Hey, my carter p4070 is very warm and low pressure. I have weber IDf 44 and regulator 0. 25 bar but pressure low almost 0.0 bar. Sorry, bad language. I from finland
