The building is almost a kilometer long! Gone from the size of a small shed to this giant in 40 years. Definitely world class. South Africans have a lot to be proud of. Imagine the whole country on that level when the gov stops stealing all the money! great walk, thanks
@@JonathanButler-zd8qt Cape Town International Airport is the second largest airport in South Africa after OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.
@@JonathanButler-zd8qt took 8 years for the new airport to be operational in 1953 after came some upgrades over the years. Lot of work was done here over a great period of time..
Quick question Big man...Is it mandatory, or is it the laws in South Africa to wrap one's luggage when travelling? Out here, it is not mandatory you do, nor is it in most countries I've been. Wrapping a suitcase is just to protect it from scratches and stains.
?#1: where you walk, do the people know that’s where you will be walking? ?#2: Do they know you and the content you create? ?#3: all of them look like that everyday? Thank you
No need to let anyone know I will be walking streets. About them looking the same .. I have no idea about that.. I find your questions a little strange..

The airport looks well maintained.
Something rare in some African countries.
Keep up the maintenance and good work, SA.

Hi there 🤗.
No, it's not mandatory in South Africa, but can be recommended if the bag doesn't meet the airport's requirements..
@@Walk_Africa Alright 👍, noted.
