My father was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer and as his dying cancer ish he wanted to ride this ride because when California screaming( now incredicoaster) first opened he was the first person on it and he was in the front of the car, he had a passion for this ride and when he knew that he didn’t have much time left he decided that he wanted to ride it on last time. I miss him so much

I wish one of the California parks had a bigger coaster. This ride is really fun and mission breakout is a blast, but they are also gaged for kids. I want a roller coaster that makes adults think twice before going on. I know it’s not Disneylands theme, but I personally would really enjoy that.

The day you start enjoying life as a rollercoaster these toys and parks will give you no fun. Live life happily and think of those less blessed than you.

At the end of August 2006 I was in a scary car crash. I wasn’t hurt. We went on vacation that week, and I was down and shook up. We went to Disneyland, and I went into California Adventure. After trying a few rides I came upon California Screamin’. I wandered up the Single Rider line. It was 11:00 AM. The ride launched and I went Ya-Hoo! Through the loop-de-loop, and suddenly I was happy again. I rode that ride over and over from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM, over 60 times. That’s my favorite ride of all time.
Even though I rode this ride on Preview Week back in 2001, before the official opening to the public of DCA, and this ride was known as California Screamin’, this will always be the best roller coaster I’ve ever tried in my life! So smooth that’s it’s that fast.
i went to California Adventure for the first time yesterday and this was SO fun. went on it three times and if anyone is scared, it's not at all as scary as it looks. i want to go again 😭
they added it because surrounding neighbourhoods had noise complaints due to people screaming. they had to install those over the hills because that's the point where people cream the most. also the incredibles theming is present in the tunnels, but the incredibles figures haven't been there forever.
Fastest ride @ Disneyland including CA Adventure - moves at a little over 50mph, which is a big bump in speed from Space Mountain which averages 35mph though it feels faster because its such a tightly wound up track. Its a very smooth ride like Space Mountain. Matterhorn is brutal when I was on it in 2022, but since then they had redone it but unfortunately I did not get to try it out when I went with my co-workers a couple months ago as a team building event.
I remember riding the ride when i was 10 yrs old and my cousins made me to ride it and one of my cousin said to take deep breaths and when is was the first drop i was like *OH HECK NO* and when the ride was over btw i did not cry Edit: and i forgot to say i had my eyes closed the whole time

No offense to anyone but I kinda felt like paradise pier is better. Less story telling which made DCA a more thrills based park than theming.
I love Disneyland much more but it was kinda cool when one park was themed and the other was a diffrent experience entirely.
