jjsifo1 Most recommend that final configuration for landing/missed approach procedure (MAP)be set up before the final approach fix (FAF). The Gumps check is repeated at that point and a stabilized approached is done with no changes till the MDA/DH minimums is reached and landng assured or MAP started. Some pilots go further and make these final changes at the glide slope intercept or even further out. A lot depends on the complexity of the AC. a 747 has 7 different configuration changes when on Final Approach Course. YMMV. :)
We do it on touchdown. Plenty of time to get max reverse and keeps the neighbours happy not having props screaming. GUMP is a training acronym that needs to die.
Michel Montreuil That is a ridiculous statement and you know it. Or maybe you just don't. If you had the wherewithal and fortitude to be the PIC of this aircraft, you would have been cool as a cucumber, much like the PIC was for his excited friend in the video. The LAST THING you would want is to induce a problem on short final.
Not really interested in staring at the pilot ...could have been a good vid ..a bit more editing perhaps ...ps too much panning..otherwise ok Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful aircraft !!!
Video has the best music Actual airplane sounds
Remind me good time !!!
Thank's
Final approach would be much more interesting if the front facing camera view was shown throughout until touchdown.
One of the best pilots around!!
Very smooth touchdown. 😎
Hope my next plane for my commercial training !😊
Beechcraft kingair B200 is extremely fine machine, I love Beechcraft ❤️🅱️♥️
I would love to fly a plane like this! So nice.
My first flying job other that instructing was flying the KA-350. Fun airplane to fly
That's a nice video but what is the interest of filming the pilot and not the landing ??
what was he supposed to film, fucking sky?
@@GamingAmbienceLivewhat about the fucking landing, since the title says landing and not pilot? By the way, I'm still dizzy with that filming...
It is true! I was waiting a landing video!
Who filmed?.....Muhammad ali..
Please show more of the landimg than instruments and pilot
I'm proud
I'm proud cause had a chance to flew a B200 PR-EAO
Nice flying Sir! The B200 is quite a complex aircraft to operate single crew, my respect.
Nice video. 💚
When if ever are those condition levers in high if not for the worry of a go around before landing?
He looked nervous, nicely done in that light chop
Belle approche même si la caméra bouge beaucoup trop et donne le mal de mer.
Ola,eu queria saber a velocidade d cruzeiro destas aeronaves.
Camera man must have tourettes
nice landing
*is it a requirement to wear a white shirt when you are flying turboprop?*
Yep.
I like mine.
Can't watch this. Camera being thrown about all over the place. :(
waw ! that is sweet kiss landing isn'it ?
what airport please nice video
NICE
I figured this was Nassau
some seriously unfortunate camera work
I think your number 1 fuel gauge is acting up.
This is not a B200. The B200 does not have this kind of cockpit. My best guess is that this is the B350/B350i
nelis 1846 it is a B200
The B350 doesn’t have a cockpit like this. The firewall valves are on the glareshield not the fuel panel.
Pequeno grande avião king
Great video! What I do wonder: what is actually THE moment to push the propellor levers full forward? Thanks!
On final, not short final but about 1/2 to 3/4 miles out.
If IFR / IMC definitely on MDA or before DH in case of missed app or go around.

92fsoakcreek GUMP checks are an irl thing? Oh... I thought that was just my instructors acronym. Sigh #dissapointed

Very poor camera work...
If I was PIC, I would of freaked out on you. Probably wouldn't even let you ride upfront.

Landing is serious business, I would have asked you to take the camera out of my face...
Some pilots just suck so much they can’t have anything distracting them.
