Installers are you missing out on breakdowns?
Too many boilers in the UK do NOT get checked EVERY year so cost more to use, burn more fuel and breakdown more often and possibly the guarantee gets canceled

Thanks for asking, It's by the door, photos on google show it. On and off for 20 years I have asked Ideal for a boiler plus ProMo support, nothing happens, don't know why. This one kept breaking down u/g but could not be fixed by their engineers so the installer gave it to us and installed a W-B. regards, george
