I like the little delay you have at the top of your back swing. I'm doing that too lately. It helps to really focus and send it regardless of the club.

A few years ago, I gave my Grandson, golf lessons from a pro in California. I stressed to him the importance of the mechanics of the swing . As proof of that, I said to him, watch a female pro hit the ball . Although smaller and maybe not a strong as a male golfer, nonetheless , they crush the ball !! You personify that !! Love your videos , especially the matches. It would be nice to give a few tips ( lessons) if iem allows. IE Like how to fade off the tee...I'm taking up the game again after a long hiatus...enjoy seeing the caliber of golf you and your challengers play . Keep up the videos....

My buddies and I play this format once in a while. We call it Rainbow and start in the middle tees. Move one box back with a birdie or 3 consecutive pars and move up one with a bogey or worse. You quickly realize which set of tees you should be playing all the time.
the hardest part of those 50-80 yard shots is that follow through!

Just play from the tips. You are a solid player who will only get better by playing the difficult and not the gimmicks (i know i know this is RUclips). Got an idea, get a caddie & play from the tips. The caddie will guide you on your shot selection, putting etc. As you know, you left a couple shots out there because of missed chips around the green (though your putting did save you!). With a caddie, you will be amazed how good you really are!

Ive found that forceing myself to play from the longs wether disc or regular golf helps in the long run when playing with everyone.
Start on the front tees and move back on birdies only. No switching up. See if you can finish on the black.

I know the ball wasn't rolling out. 200 yard drives generally don't cut it from the tips but it was so consistent and the short game so solid I would like to see a whole round from the tips.
