The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began - the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

I never really see Cathy ever actually teach... she’s always just sitting there complaining while a new guest choreographer comes every week and does all the teaching

@@HD-fd7tn exactly. Erin’s studio, MDP, is VERY successful! You can find their dances on YT, just look up Murietta dance project! (I suggest watching ‘Hideaway’, ‘Goodbye Yellow Brick Road’, ‘Time of My Life (featured on AGT)’, and also ‘doc on the bay’!)

Not only is a lot of this for TV, but this is the way real coaches are. Abby is nothing compared to some of the teachers I know. Grow up and stop being weak!

The thing is...Cathy's dances never tells a story or has a story behind it,its so hard to understand the choreography on stage.

Cathy's dancers weren't even together during half the dance. They were off the music and you couldn't follow any kind of story in it. She should have had them work on it longer if she wanted to win. The technique was also way off with all of them except the girl. She had great technique but none of the boys did. Abby's dancers were able to stay on the music not being able to hear it and kept their technique on point the entire time plus stayed together
@@alyssalong4755 I think from an uneducated Point of view, the contrast and emotion was better in Cathy's Last Dance. I also think we don't get the same depth as having watched it on vs the edit choppity hoppity.
