My No.2 Japanese band....(BAND-MAID being No.1). These ladies rock!.......I put my money where my mouth is and have brought all their EP's and Albums as TRiDENT...and some nice merch!...Getting your hands on their earlier stuff is not so easy...back when they were "Girls Rock Band Kakumei" pre 2020.....The name changed to TRiDENT when original drummer JUNNA left in 2020 to become a session solo drummer act...Nagisa joining there after..And is also a very fine drummer...They originally started as a four piece, but the second guitarist left in early 2016...and they continued as a 3 piece...Unfortunately I just missed catching them live by a couple of days when I flew to Japan (from UK) to see BAND-MAID...I hope to return someday and get to see them live. Check out "Voltage" and "STEP by STEP"...And as TRiDENT.. "Spoopy" "Cry Out" and "Neo Future".

Definitely get back to check them out. I saw them up in Koshigaya with Bray Me a few days after the Band Maid Acoustic show. Awesome show!

Saw these ladies in Tokyo a couple months ago. They're fantastic on stage and in studio! Nagisa and Serina are right up there with my favorite rhythm sections.

You'll be surprised but happy to know they were on my list to react to. Just finished it so you'll see them on my channel in the future!

I would classify Trident as a pop/hard-rock band, but their pop element only so goes so far as to give their music a certain "accessibility" to pop-music fans. As you listen to more of their music, you'll see what I mean; they're one-part pop and three-parts hard rock.
If I remember what I read, this was Trident's first music video in their current/final lineup (they started in high school with two guitarists and a different drummer; the other guitarist dropped out in 2015, and they changed drummers in 2020).
I like a lot of their songs; they're great to listen to in a mix alongside Band-Maid.
As a suggestion for future songs to check out, try "Cry Out", "Kickass", and "Neo Future."✌️
