That’s lechon Kawali. It’s fool proof, but some still over fry and make it dry. The one in this video is a little harder to do in my opinion and takes a lot lot longer, but the results are worth the wait! Plus it’s definitely more presentable!
Linagyan ng vinegar para mas lumutong ang pork belly. Nag reremove ng moisture ang vinegar sa inyong pork belly. At dapat alam natin na moisture ang kalaban ng pagpapa crispy ng balat. Maraming paraan para makuha ang moisture sa pork isa lng ito sa mga pamamaraan.
Ilang beses ko na nagawa ang lechon belly at walang failed laging masarap qt malutong. Thank u so much for posting this video. More power po!

You never want to boil meat it draws all the moisture out of the meat. Never go up to or over 212° F or 100° C when using liquids for cooking.
