1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Oil to grease
(Buttercream)
1 Cup Butter (room temperature)
Powder Sugar (as required)
Vanilla Essence (as required)
(For Cake Icing)
Buttercream
Sugar Syrup
Chocolate Syrup
Chocolate Chips
