How do you think impossible beef will hold up being boiled? I'm trying to figure out if it will firm up or come out slimy. Maybe i should cook it first? any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you for the beautiful video!

thank you! soup is quite liquid, it tends to leak out before the pic 🤓 haha. If in doubt, you can always put more gelled veg. broth inside each dumplings, and then you'll get just as much soup, as you wish✌
Love this video! I do feel like you would get way more subs if the channel had only vegan or only non-vegan recipes, but not both. In my view, this approach tries to please too many different people and dilutes the audience. Speaking selfishly, I would love it to be only vegan! But I know you're not vegan so that may not be possible. Perhaps putting vegan recipes on a separate channel? Each can focus on different audiences. Just an idea. Keep up the great work!
Thank you🤓 and thanks for an idea✌️ I totally understand your point, but what I'm trying to deliver with my videos is the thought, that Chefs don't need put extra effort into designing special menus for vegans (which they all hate to do, by the way). My point is that you can just create 1 menu, and there's no need to suck a meat protein in each dish, many foods are vegan on their own, while being super delicious and beautiful. So if you don't focus on "veganism" and instead just create great dishes, everyone would enjoy them and you as a Chef would be happy and still creative. I.e. my secret plan 😈 is to lure all Chefs with flexitarian dishes and show them that vegan ones could be great as well. I hope you're with me on this top secret mission.

Do you believe a restaurant that has some vegan options mixed in is likely to gain more business from vegan customers than one which has a special vegan menu? Or maybe this is the wrong question to ask, because the people you are targeting may have zero vegan options right now. Also, do you believe most of the folks watching your videos are professional chefs? I would presume they comprise only a tiny fraction of your viewers, as RUclips is open to everyone. I was approaching your videos as just a food lover and casual home cook looking for inspiration. Looking forward to more of your vegan creations!
