To be fair, being an alcoholic, keeping your job and not shitting yourself is about standard in the UK. It's the people who somehow shit themselves at work AND don't lose their jobs that surprise me.
Some of my favorite bad metal album covers, enjoy: Preyter - Terminator, Hammerhead - Seduction Suite, Helloween's Pink bubbles go ape, Metalucifer - heavy metal chainsaw (so bad it's good), Stryken - First strike, Torment - Bestial Sex, and Vanlade - iron age

QOTM: Tony Dolan of Venom and Venom Inc's old band Atomkraft always had atrocious album art. May I draw your attention to the albums Future Warriors and Conductors of Noize. A worthy mention is Grave Digger's album art for Witch Hunter too.
It looks like an 8 year old drew it while avoiding doing maths in school.
Also, I unashamedly have t-shirts of all these albums.

Worst album art ever: Iron Maiden Dance of Death has to be a contender, appalling art from a band known for their covers
Bit obvious but Limp Bizkit's Chocolate Starfish looks awful.
Slayer's God Hates Us All and Undisputed Attitude are both a bit naff.
Also any brutal death metal band 2000-2010s.
QOTM All of Pantera's 1980s album covers those are some of the worst album covers ever.
Better then what Bruce is going for now.
Worst cover? First Attack by Spitfire. It's a riot of wrongdyness.
