Bought one of these recently during EOFY. I’m M, 108kg.
I was sceptical but it’s def a quality of life improvement. I get 10,000 steps easy per day now. It puts you in a good mood to use it.
You feel so much better overall just from walking. Only downside, it’s heavy and loud beeping sound that can’t be turned off. Use the app to change speeds as you can save fav speeds and don’t have turn the nob making it beep at each level.
