I've owned 2 ... A fake and one I bought from the mall and I couldn't tell a difference in sound quality BUT, The price was waaaaaaaaay different.

Guys...in general if you want QUALITY SOUND...go with Sony cause their speakers are full ranged (20hz-20khz)while the jbl are max (60hz-175khz)I think...Beats is expensive just cause of the money that has been spent in advertising..if you want still to buy a jbl speaker,I suggest you buy the clip 2 or 3 cause they are very good for their price(clip 2's carabiner can come out and has a aux cord attached to it,while the clip 3 has better sound and a bit better battery,while it doesn't have an aux cord attached anymore,it is a bit more durable since the cord doesn't exist,whereas the clip 2's cord can get damaged...Also the clip 3 has a slightly smaller carabiner and it isn't removeable)

Thanks for this video. Prior to watching your video, I watched another video. In that video, he was using a fake Pill. He rated the sound at high volume as poor. I guess because it was a fake. There was no mention of the USB port on the bottom. I guess he didn't know because he had a fake. I'm going back to that video and rate it now.

The fake on is an imitation of the pill 1.0 not 2.0^^ so most indications how to spot a fake beats pill 2.0 are actually untrue as the original 1.0 has them, like for example no usb port etc

I would think in the developed world at least most retailers wouldn't sell the fake Beats speakers, they'd get themselves into terrible trouble if they did. But in countries like China, maybe they might be able to get away with selling fake reproductions of real products.

The fake Pill is everything the Pill 1.0 came with. The charger was small like that, the box opened the same way, has the same hard case as the real one.

That fake is the old Replica 1.0 pill the newer 2.0 pill looks just like the real one your reviewing it has the charge out usb port and everything and the box is the same..they have the fake Beats pill + out already also..I would suggest doing some more research because this video is misleading if your trying to keep people from getting scammed...

they are 2 differnt beat speakerz one is by dre one is not there is no fake one but the five star one
there is one that is fake out there but one is actually the 1.0 and 2.0 so the 1.0 doesn't have an external usb port.
