@@marciamakoviecki3295 No, the hoa is not meant to cover only utilities, that's just part of what's included. All the building amenities plus 24/7 concierge is part of that fee. In addition to reserves, exterior maintenance etc.

this is the stupidest comment I've ever seen. No offense but whether Melrose is the "Gay District" or not doesn't mean everyone in that area is gay. Melrose is actually a super rad area of Phoenix with awesome restaurants and great little mom and pop type shops. I'm not gay and love hanging around that area!
