I've tried cooking Bronze Bream and Silver Bream before...But the best i've found was to soak the fillets or whole fish, in low sodium Soy sauce mixed with crushed garlic and little bit of brown sugar, gives an amazing Tariyaki smokey taste to the meat. Tasted Amazing.
