Always enjoy your blogs. I never get bored seeing your milking videos. Little Freddie is getting teached from the top guy. Huh.. He's going to be a great little farmer..
please keep Freddie safe on the kramer. there was a little boy killed nr me with loadal at Newchurch-in-Pendle. keep the video's coming me and lucas love em.
Thank you for taking us into the milking parlor, Evie. I spent many hours in different parlors when growing up, both at home and working for other farmers. Not a glamourous job, but important nonetheless.
JUst looking at the udders and type in general of your herd in the first minute of this video.... You really have an elite herd, those are extaordinary cows I must say. Congratulations to the Gibbons family
Hi Evie from Jacksonville, Florida USA! just wanted to say I really enjoy watching your videos you and the team are some hard working folks for sure! Quick question how often do you have to milk cows is it everyday or do you get any breaks? One other question, how do you stay so clean those cows have so much goop all over them 😮 👍🏻
Great video Evie, thank you. So very obvious that you really love your job. Just a question, do you have the cow's indoors all year and do you zero graze. Hope you have a great day ❤
it's her life and her decision, always this encroachment on the lives of others, who are you, God? Do you have to take care of everyone? Then start looking for the solutions in Ukraine.
Totaly disagree with what you say..........farms are dangerous places and especially tractors and machinery and livestock.......if that little boy falls out and lands on his head it would not be good.......my mother fell over years ago and banged her head on the concrete and ended up getting a blood clot on the brain and then she died two day's later........ the sad thing is many of these accidents can be avoided just by being carefull and applying some common sense....it's not being a nanny state it's people sharing there life experiences to help to avoid more unnecesary accidents or deaths@@oldfarmer3001
Hello Evie, I really impressed with your presentation.. I have doubt about cows milk quality...these are HF breeded cows so taste and benefits can not be like A2 milk quality milk. Correct me if wrong. Vijay
excellent milking & good automatic flushing of suction tubes & pipes # the feed U have stored in pile is crushed wheat alone or mixed with silage ????? ❤️ 🇵🇰
What is the purpose of the numbers on there back and also the ear tags.some have numbers and some don’t.just wondering what they mean other then identification.
All for identification. When there in the parlour been milked we can see the back and numbers. The ear tags match their passports. All cows have numbers. The ones you see without are due to get it done soon.
very good film, very nice insights, and I still remember how damn hard concrete can be when you rebuild the barn and you think it's never going to give up….
Hi Evie, the work never stops in a dairy farm. Either it's an expansion to a new shed or renovation in the old sheds and its for the health of your cows. How do you remember which cow takes longer than the others? There is so many of them and they are black and white. The clamped wheat looks good and I hope its still ok being a bit wet. Thanks for the video. Chris from Australia 🇦🇺.
How about collaborating, see if Alex will take the camera and do a few minutes and then maybe Ben. Then u would have even more variety. Your channel is already a hit Evie, keep it up 🐄🍻
Evie you naughty girl.........your not foremilking your cows to make sure there's no clot's in the milk........the food standards agency will be paying you a visit to smack your wrists. I'm a bit worried about the young boy riding in the kramer........looks like he could soon fall out.......at least keep the door shut on the cab so he can't fall out
It’s not a rule to strip cows out before hand. And I find that striping out causes for harm than good. Also when you milk your cows as often as I do you get to know the feeling of the udders 👍🏽👍🏽
You guys should try a bobcat or skid steer to scrap your pads and alleys instead of that small tractor It’s very clumsy and awkward compared to a bobcat and the bobcats and sisters have a million very useful attachments for it. It one of those pieces of must have own tbe farm.
loe this video. because i love cows. i remember those days. i used to talk to them . i actually miss them, dont laugh. you are brilliant, talented, smiley, and just love what you do. its lovely to see people like yourself loving what you do. you have a talent for filming. lovely sense of humour. keep smiling and happy. yay for you evie.
Fantastic video Evie you certainly look after your cows your dedication is first class and your attention to detail is untrue but today with the dairies on your back all the time you have to jump through so many hoops and they have knocked the price down dramatically your wheat looks like it has turned out all right in the clamp super video Evie loads of content keep them coming we love them
I agree with the comment about "keeping the little guy safe... & c." As a retired farmer, I have spoken with a mother who lost her two children that fell off the back of a tractor and were run over and killed by the plough that was being towed behind. I will spare you the terrible details. In another case, I know a young boy (now an adult) who fell off a tractor and was run over by the wheel of that tractor. He is now in a wheelchair! Farms are some of the most dangerous places and we should always on the lookout for potential problems. Blessings to all.
First lessen I had with milk cows was not to mess with their schedule, heaven help they had to que for 30 seconds for the next movie, nothing pisses then off quicker, they have better things going on then waiting on us. Then comes the excessive baying until they get attended to.
Great video Evie. Your a pro on the zebra. What career path do you think, you would have taken if you wasn't a farmer. Have you every thought about getting goats for milking on the farm.

Has the milk price ye get collapsed in the last six months like it has here in Ireland about half what it was so no profit from it now?
I milk 16 cows into a bucket and sell it in tayto bags. Making a great profit
Do ya eat the crisps before you put in milk into the bag or do ya mix them up?
Wow that’s cool!

Never ask about someone's money issues. That is extremely rude. 🤥

For the non farmers (me) . Why do you have cubicles? And not just open space???
Keeps cows cleaner as they poo in the scrape passage, gives them some private space, stops teats being stood on by other cows and uses less bedding.
Cool, and ouch!. Thanks for the reply.
